Long story short, Landlord wants to cash in on the 'inflation' so as our rental lease came up for renewal,
he raised the offered rate by 35%. Yea - wants me to accept a 35% increase in rent. For 1 year.
..................... NOPE
so, will be doing a relocation.
The graphic novel is on hold until the relocation is complete.
